The kit includes vacuum splints for arm, elbow and leg, nylon bag and pump. Made of high quality and durable TPU material, filled with harmless EPS particulate material. Suitable for X-ray and CT scan. The firmness of the splints can be adjusted by pumping air according to the situation. Quick and easy softness and hardness adjustment of the splint.

Intended Use

Splint is used for fix each part of the body. 

Component

Splint is mainly composed of frame, foam and burrs and zipper, safety belt, 

air pump and valves. 

Material

Splint is made of Aluminum Alloy, PVC, EVA, TPU and Oxford leather.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Keep clean as routine. Wipe with 75% alcohol solution.
• Check the connecting and rotating parts of the stretcher. 
• Check the safety belts regularly, if they are worn or have cracks, replace them immediately.

Transportation

• The Splint can use general means of transport.
• No inversion is allowed during storage and transportation, and stacking is carried out as shown in the packing box.

Use method

Limbs of the patient according to wounded place. The splint can be used on full elbow, full arm, hull leg.

1. Wrap a splints around the injured extremity, then stick burrs. 
2. Connect the valve and air exhausted with air pump. 
3. Rotate the valve and deflate.
4. Remove the stick burrs and take off splint.

Precaution and Warning

1. Always keep clean (including disinfection).
2. Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.
